5. Warranty Claims Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact Pro Scoot Limited and provide:
• Order number or proof of purchase
• Product details
• Serial number where applicable
• Description of the fault
• Photographs and/or video evidence
• Any additional information reasonably requested by Pro Scoot Limited
Warranty claims will be assessed based on the information provided.
6. Warranty Resolution
Where a warranty claim is approved, Pro Scoot Limited will normally provide replacement parts required to remedy the confirmed manufacturing defect.
Customers are responsible for arranging the fitting of replacement parts where required.
Pro Scoot Limited is happy to provide reasonable guidance and support, where appropriate, regarding the removal and installation of replacement parts. Such guidance is provided in good faith and does not constitute a repair service.
Pro Scoot Limited does not provide repair services and is not responsible for fitting costs, labour costs or third-party repair charges unless expressly agreed in writing.
Replacement parts supplied under warranty do not extend the original warranty period unless required by law.
7. Returns Under Warranty
Customers must not return scooters, batteries or parts unless instructed to do so by Pro Scoot Limited.
Unauthorised warranty returns may be refused and returned to the sender.
